Location

The apartment is situated in city centre of Los Cancajos, directly at the Atlantic Ocean. A supermarket is located next to the apartment complex; restaurants a pharmacy are close by. The beach is within 10 minutes walking distance. The capital of the Island Santa Cruz is reachable in about 8 minutes by car, the airport in about 5 minutes. A big public parking car park is next to the apartment complex.

Outdoor facilities

The large sun deck has two pools (chlorinated) with outdoor shower, a bar and a restaurant. The moon shaped swimming pool has a size of 20 m x 10 m. The round-shaped swimming pool has a diameter of 10 m and is suitable for children. Next to the swimming pool area is a large, well-tended garden with subtropical flowers and plants. The furnished terrace has a table, three chairs and a parasol. Sun loungers are available at the swimming pool and free of charge.

Bedroom

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses each 90 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables with bedside lamps and wardrobe.

Living room

The open living room has a sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen with Spanish TV, a dining table with four chairs and access to the terrace.

Kitchen

Open kitchen with ceramic hob (4 hobs), oven, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer combination and washing machine.

Bathroom

Bathroom with combined bathtub/shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.

Others

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
