The Hacienda Felix is located on a 1438 sqm property near El Paso in an absolutely quiet environment. The Canarian architecture of the complex is more than 100 years old and has been completely renovated by taking a lot of attention to the originality. Nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden, four different accommodations are available to spend relaxing holidays. The house SOS with a living space of approximately 42 sqm consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The house is suitable for persons with reduced mobility and can accommodate 3 guests.
Location
Hacienda Felix is located above the village of El Paso in an absolutely quiet environment, only seven minutes far from the viewpoint “La Cumbrecita” in the national park. The center of El Paso can be reached in about 2 minutes by car. There are supermarkets, cafes, banks and restaurants. The beaches are within 15 minutes by car. Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity.

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 4 days. Children with an age from 2 years until 12 years will be charged with 15 Euros per night. A high chair will be provided upon prior request. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. An interim cleaning is possible for a fee. Smoking and pets inside the accommodation are not allowed. Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 12 am. For late arrival, this applies from 10 pm, a fee of 20.- Euro is required. The Spanish and English speaking owners of the house are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
