The Villa Las Tuneras is a, covered with natural stones, canarian rustic country house and has about 110 sqm of living space. It is surrounded by a natural garden and is idyllically situated in a quiet environment in the village of Las Manchas on the west side of La Palma. The villa is suitable for up to 6 people and consists of three bedrooms; one of it has its own bathroom, a large living area, an open, well equipped kitchen and another bathroom. In front of the house is a large, furnished terrace with views at the surrounding landscape and the mountains. The swimming pool is located on a heightened terrace with view at the Atlantic Ocean. Friends or families can spend comfortable vacation here.

Location

The Villa Las Tuneras is surrounded by a natural garden and is situated in a quiet environment in the village of Las Manchas on the west side of La Palma. Los Llanos is reachable in about 12 minutes by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The beach of Puerto Naos is within 10 minutes by car; the popular bay of Charco Verde with its beach about 12 minutes.

The Villa Las Tuneras is surrounded by a natural garden and is situated in a quiet environment in the village of Las Manchas on the west side of La Palma. In front of the house is a large, furnished terrace with a table and 6 chairs, as well as a barbecue area from where guests have a beautiful view at the surrounding landscape and the mountains. In front of the terrace on a heightened terrace is a swimming pool.

Bedroom

The house has three bedrooms. One of it has its own bathroom and has a double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe and bedside lamps. The second one has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe and bedside lamps; the third one has a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm), wardrobe and bedside lamps.

Living room

The open living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a fireplace, satellite TV and a movable heating system (gas).

Kitchen

The well equipped kitchen is located in an integrated conservatory and has an induction stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dining table with 6 chairs.

Bathroom

One bathroom with shower and WC is connected to one of the bedrooms. Another bathroom with shower and WC is provided.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed weekly. Children with an age less than two years stay all year round free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years up to 12 years pay 5,- Euro per day. A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! The cleaning staff may need access to the house at 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Schönes, sauberes Haus in schöner Lage mit gepflegten Pool. Gute Austattung, nur die Elektrogeräte (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine) ließen zu Wunschen übrig.

Ungewöhnliche Anfahrt aber dennoch gut und zentral gelegen. Die auf der Anfahrtsskizze beschrieben Farbmarkierungen in Natura sind nicht mehr so deutlich wie einst. Die Entfernungen in Meter oder Km von einem beschriebenen Wege Punkt zum anderen könnten deutlicher im text (Tabellarisch) heraus stechen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und im ersten Blick sauber. Dennoch sind Bad Armaturen mit Kalk in die Jahre gekommen. Des weiteren gibt es zeitweise sehr unangenehme Abfluss Gerüche weil teilweise die Siphons fehlen. Eines der Betten sollte man neu verschrauben oder leimen. Die mitgelieferten Schlüssel waren eine reine Schnitzeljagd, zum Glück konnten wir ein Tür ohne Schlüssel öffnen. Eigentlich passte von 6 Schlüssel nur einer. Die Küchenschubladen sind teilweise gebrochen. Der Pool war super schön, aber der Kalk and der Wasser Oberfläche und wand könnte mal entfernt werden, trocken sieht es unsauber aus. Die Wohnzimmer sitzgelegenheiten sind wirklich für den Tagessatz nicht angemessen, Im Vergleich zu anderen Mietobjekten die ich hatte muss bei diesem Tagessatz alles in Ordnung, sauber und funktionell sein. Die gute Lage, Finca und Pool entschädigen jedoch, ich würde die Finca wieder buchen. Stellungnahme Las Tuneras: Wir sind sehr betroffen und nehmen Ihre Anmerkungen sehr ernst. Leider ist auf La Palma das Wasser sehr kalkhaltig und manchmal bleibt einfach keine Zeit, bei fliegenden Wechseln jedes bisschen Kalk zu entfernen. Die Sache mit den Schlüsseln ist schon behoben. Es tut uns leid, das Sie mit diesem Problem konfrontiert waren. In einer Zeit, wo das Haus wirklich sehr dicht belegt ist, kann man nicht alles sehen, aber Sie hätten jederzeit und immer zu uns kommen können und uns Bescheid sagen, dann wäre alles sofort gerichtet und geregelt worden ohne das wir Sie behelligt hätten. Wir finden es immer schade, wenn die Kunden erst nach Ihrem Urlaub kommen und uns die angetroffenen Mängel mitteilen, die leicht zu beseitigen gewesen wären. Wir bedauern sehr, das dadurch Ihre Urlaubsfreude getrübt wurde und hoffen aber, das wir Sie irgendwann wieder bei uns begrüßen dürfen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen.
